These terms govern use of the GIADYN website and platform.
Agreement
By using this website or the GIADYN platform you agree to these terms. If you use GIADYN on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
The service
GIADYN provides software for managing fitness, wellness and health businesses, including members, classes, bookings, attendance, billing, leads, marketing and reporting. Features may be added, changed or improved over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity carried out under your accounts, including those of your staff.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it in breach of applicable law.
Fees
Plan fees are as agreed in your subscription. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to record and process member information.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GIADYN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
